BRIEF: Support the business’s drive to grow membership to the loyalty and subscriptions program by reviewing the customer experience, CRM systems, marketing activity and effectiveness. Advise on new routes to market to improve the cost per acquisition of incremental members and support developing of an ongoing strategy to meet the business's headline expectations.
